The ticket was bought in Bergen County
For the first time this year, a jackpot winning Pick 6 lottery ticket was sold in New Jersey.
The lucky ticket for the $3.3 million drawing Monday night was sold at The Store on Main Street in Ramsey, state lottery officials said Tuesday afternoon.
The winning ticket matched all the winning numbers drawn (4, 9, 20, 23, 32 and 36). The odds of a single ticket hitting all the numbers are 13,983,816 to 1.
Before Monday, no one had the jackpot in the twice-weekly Pick 6 drawing since Dec. 28, when a ticket worth $4.3 million was sold at a Burlington County drug store.
The jackpot for Thursday's drawing rests to $2 million. The Store, meanwhile, gets a $10,000 check for selling the winning ticket.
