FORT LEE - A borough man was indicted Tuesday in the death of his 5-month-old son, who had been shaken and beaten, according to northjersey.com.
Yoseop Choi, 39, was indicted for murder, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, aggravated assault, and hindering, according to the report.
Dad pleads not guilty in death of son
Choi, who lived with the baby and his wife, was arrested last July after bringing the infant to the hospital in cardiac arrest.
A prosecutor said Choi shook and punched his son over a period of two months.
Choi is being held in the Bergen County Jail on $1 million bail.
