'Stronger,' co-produced by Sylvester Stallone, will follow 10 women as they are paired with elite trainers and work to get in shape

"Strong," NBC's fitness reality show that isn't "The Biggest Loser," will feature two New Jersey contestants when it premieres next month.

The show, from Sylvester Stallone, "Creed" producer Kevin King Templeton and "American Ninja Warrior" producer Holly Wofford,  pairs 10 women from across America, each looking to improve themselves mentally and physically, with 10 elite fitness trainers, all men. The goal is not necessarily losing weight, but getting strong.

Pro volleyball player Gabrielle Reece hosts the 10-episode series. Each episode will show the teams training together and competing in physical challenges, with one team eliminated each week. The winning team gets up to $500,000, the prize depending on their overall performance.

Giovanna Cicerchia, 38, is a stay-at-home mom with three kids who "is looking to take control of her health and make a big change in her routine. Claudia "CC" Collazo, 40, of Teaneck, a wife and mother of two who wants to get in the best shape possible.

"Stronger" premieres Wednesday, April 13 at 9 p.m. on NBC before moving to its regular timeslot on Thursdays at 8 p.m.
