Driver flown to area hospital
MONTVALE -- A Westwood woman was injured in a crash that left hundreds without power early Saturday, NorthJersey.com reported.
The 23-year-old driver crashed into a utility pole on Main Street around 2 a.m., police said in the report. She was flown to Hackensack University Medical Center for treatment.
About 200 area residents were without power, authorities said. Orange and Rockland sent a crew to make repairs.
The investigation was ongoing.
