Ashlee, who appeared on the first three seasons of 'Real Housewives of New Jersey,' announced her engagement to Pete Malleo in February
"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Jacqueline Laurita's daughter Ashlee announced via Instagram she is expecting her first child with new fiance Pete Malleo.
Posting a photo from the launch party for stepfather Chris Laurita's new popcorn brand The Little Kernel, Ashlee wrote, "We're sprouting a little kernel of our own." The baby is due this fall.
The 25-year-old makeup artist and reformed reality enfant terrible (she clashed titanically with her mother on several occasions, and was also found guilty of assault for attacking "RHONJ" castmate Danielle Staub on camera in 2009) got engaged to Malleo last month.

This will make Laurita, who lives in Franklin Lakes, the first grandmother among the ten "RHONJ" stars past and present, although Caroline Manzo's daughter Lauren, who co-stars with her family on the Bravo spinoff "Manzo'd With Children," got married last summer. (No pressure, Lauren!) It's all in the family anyway: Jacqueline's husband Chris is Caroline's brother.
