Most of the snow fell in southern New Jersey.
Call it the South Jersey snowstorm.
Some parts of New Jersey saw as many as 3 inches of snow in a Saturday storm, but it was concentrated in the southernmost counties of the state.
Forecasters predicted a weak storm system from the Great Lakes would bring snow mostly to the northwestern part of the state, but the flakes ended up dropping farther south. The rest of the state experienced April showers, though the temperature was more appropriate for February.
