Police saw him sell the cocaine, authorities said.
BERGENFIELD -- A borough man tried to sell cocaine Tuesday in the parking lot of AutoZone, Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said.
Members of the prosecutor's Narcotics Task Force saw Glen S. Thomassini try to sell the cocaine, Grewal said.
Police arrested him without incident. Thomassini, 44, had about 18 grams of cocaine, Grewal said.
Thomassini was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. He was sent to Bergen County Jail in lieu of $150,000 bail with no option to pay 10 percent cash.
He is due May 11 in Central Municipal Court in Hackensack.
