OLD TAPPAN -- A borough man posted nude and sexually explicit images of a woman online without her knowledge or consent, Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said.
Daniel Pfeiffer, 27, of Old Tappan. (Bergen County Prosecutor's Office) Police arrested Daniel Pfeiffer on Friday at his Windsor Place home.
Pfeiffer, who turned 27 Monday, also posted personal identifying information of the woman, an acquaintance of his, on the internet, Grewal said. He encouraged other people to contact her for sexually explicit conversations.
He was charged with stalking and invasion of privacy. Pfeiffer was sent to Bergen County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail with no option to pay 10 percent cash.
If Pfeiffer makes bail he won't be allowed to contact the woman or access the internet. He is due in Central Municipal Court in Hackensack June 22.
Pfeiffer had previously been accused of using a woman's identity on social media to have sexually explicit chats without her permission.
