BERGEN COUNTY -- A Lodi man has been arrested on drug charges following a narcotic task force investigation.
Isaiah D. Crutch, 30, was involved in the distribution of controlled substances, including crack cocaine, according to a statement from the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office. He was arrested on July 1.
He was charged under a criminal complaint with one count of possession to distribute a controlled dangerous substance, one count of possession with the intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance within 1,000 feet of Lodi High School -- both third degree crimes -- and one count of possession with the intent to distribute a controlled substance within 500 feet of Jet Age Park, a second degree crime.
Crutch was processed for arrest at the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office and released on his own recognizance, said the prosecutor's office. His first court date will be at the Central Municipal Court in Hackensack, New Jersey on July 20 at 8:30 a.m.
