Two men were charged with drug offenses.
BERGEN COUNTY -- Police in Bergen County last week made a pair of drug arrests, Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said.
Police arrested Andrew B. Swenson, 24, on July 5 after finding marijuana in his Park Ridge home, Grewal said.
Police executed a search warrant at the home and found marijuana packaged for sale, Grewal said.
Swenson was charged with possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance and released.
On Wednesday, police searched the Fairview apartment of Michael Semidey, 36. They found cocaine and drug paraphernalia, Grewal said.
Semidey was charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia and released.
Investigations by the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Narcotic Task Force led to both arrests.
