The wheelchair, worth $12,000, was stolen from in front of a building where the teen lived, police say. Watch video
LEONIA - Police said two men stole a motorized wheelchair Thursday from the home of a 14-year-old with cerebral palsy.
"The theft was captured by video cameras," Capt. Scott Tamagny of the Leonia Police Department said in a statement. "There were at least two subjects involved in the theft."

Police on Friday released video of the suspects, including one with a suspect sitting in the motorized device and leaving the scene.
The wheelchair was worth $12,000, police said.
The theft occurred about 3:35 p.m. in front of the teen victim's building in the 200 block of Broad Avenue.
One of the suspects drove away with the wheelchair in his vehicle, headed south on Broad Avenue, Tamagny said.

The first suspect was a light-skinned Hispanic, possibly late teens, 5-feet, 6-inches tall, 150-160 pounds, dark hair wearing a white Adidas shirt, black-and-white shorts, black sneakers and black socks. He carried a black leather backpack.
The second suspect was Asian, possibly late teens, 5-feet, 6-inches to 5-feet, 7-inches tall, 140 pounds, wearing a black-and-white striped shirt, black shorts and black sandals.
Police say the pair may live in the area.
"There are multiple videos of the theft and they will be made public as soon as possible," Tamagny said.
Anyone who can assist in locating the wheelchair or identifying the suspects is asked to call Leonia Police Department at 201-944-0800 or email tips@leoniapd.org.
Leonia PBA Local 381 is offering a $1,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest, Tamagny said.
