The man allegedly had property labeled with the homeowner's name

HO-HO-KUS -- A man wanted in connection with a string of burglaries in upstate New York was arrested after he and his girlfriend were found asleep in a rented car in a Ho-Ho-Kus residential neighborhood Saturday.

Jonathan Trow, 34, of Ballston, N.Y. was found with property labeled with the homeowner's name from a burglary allegedly committed in Perth on July 10, according to TimesUnion.com. He is also suspected of committing several burglaries at Sunset Bay and Grandview Marina in Mayfield, N.Y.

Trow and the woman, who police didn't name, are charged with possession of stolen property, News10.com reported. He is expected to face further charges after being extradited to New York.

Ho-Ho-Kus police didn't immediately respond to a message seeking additional information.
