Omar Guillen of Rockleigh is charged in a sex assault case. (BCPO) NORTHVALE - A 31-year-old man has been arrested and charged with sexually assaulting a juvenile girl, according to Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli.
Omar Guillen of Rockleigh was arrested after Northvale police received a report on Sunday that Guillen had engaged in sexual acts with the girl.
Northvale police notified the prosecutor's office and Guillen was arrested based on interviews and investigation, according to Molinelli.
Guillen was charged with sexual assault, criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child, the prosecutor said.
He was held on $150,000 full bail.
