ENGLEWOOD -- Canadian actor William Shatner, best known for his role as Captain James T. Kirk on "Star Trek," kicked off his American tour of his one-man show, "Shatner's World: We Just Live In It," on Thursday night at the Bergen Performing Arts Center.
Shatner mused on stage about highlights from his career, growing up in Montreal, and his impressions on life and comedy. A large portion of the night was devoted to "Star Trek," which celebrates its 50th anniversary this year.
