Ariel Nazario was arrested after police were called to the home on another matter. In addition to the drugs and firearm, they reported finding a large capacity ammunition magazine and drug paraphernalia.

He was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child who was in his presence, police said.
Nazario was taken to the Bergen County Jail on $75,000 bail, no 10 percent option.
