Oscar Ramirez (BCPO) FAIRVIEW - A 23-year-old truck driver was arrested after a woman claimed he sexually assaulted her at gunpoint, authorities said Tuesday.
Oscar Ramirez of Fairview is charged with first-degree aggravated sexual assault, according to Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal.
The woman came to the Fairview Police Department Sunday to report the assault, authorities said.
She identified Ramirez as her attacker, according to the prosecutor.
Ramirez was held on $300,000 full bail.
