Constantine Maroulis, the 2005 "American Idol" alum and Jersey resident who was previously charged with assaulting his ex-girlfriend, has gotten in another physical altercation with her, according to TMZ.

According to their story, it was his ex-girlfriend and the mother of his 5-year-old daughter, Angel Reed, who was arrested after police found scratches on Maroulis.
Wyckoff police would not confirm the arrest and said only that the matter is under investigation.
Reed claims Maroulis harassed her and threw her to the ground when she arrived at his home to pick up their daughter, according to the story.
