This week the Fox correspondent cut $450,000 off the price of the Hudson River home he's been trying to sell for more than a year
Geraldo Rivera just can't seem to find a fair and balanced price tag for his waterfront compound in Edgewater.
On the market since May 2015, the 3-bedroom home on the Hudson was first listed for $3.75 million, but the Fox correspondent on Monday slashed the price for the fourth time by $450,000, and now it's being offered for $2.3 million, according to its Zillow listing.

The listing faces a lot of competition on Edgewater's Gold Coast, with a slew of brand-new and high-end condos and townhouses hitting the market recently at similar or slightly lower price points and with better amenities (save, of course, for the privacy of Rivera's compound and his own dock on the Hudson).
Last year, Rivera dropped $5.6 million on an Upper East Side condo with views of Central Park, closing the deal just before listing his Edgewater home.
His waterfront home has an open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen designed to look like a ship's interior, three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and two half-baths, with the master bedroom and living room lined with windows overlooking the Hudson.
The property, part of the Edgewater Colony, a co-op community next to the Palisades Interstate Park, is built on several levels and includes a boat dock and a koi pond.
