Margarito Ramirez-Martinez, 59, allegedly inappropriately touched a female juvenile.
LODI -- A 59 year-old man was arrested on Thursday for sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child, authorities said Saturday.
Margarito Ramirez-Martinez, 59 The Division of Child Protection and Permanency contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office and reported that a female juvenile said she was touched inappropriately by Margarito Ramirez-Martinez, of Lodi.
An investigation was conducted by the prosecutor's office special victims unit and the Lodi Police Department.
Ramirez-Martinez, a married landscaper, was arrested in Paramus on a count of aggravated sexual assault, a count of sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
Ramirez-Martinez was held in the Bergen County Jail pending a court appearance.
