A borough man sexually assaulted an underage girl after a New Year's Eve party, Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said.
Donald McKaba, 52, of Upper Saddle River. (Bergen County Prosecutor's Office) UPPER SADDLE RIVER -- A borough man sexually assaulted an underage girl after a New Year's Eve party, Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said.
The girl on Friday told Upper Saddle River Police that Donald G. McKaba, 52, sexually assaulted her in his Oak Drive home, Molinelli said.
Detectives notified the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit. Based on their investigation, police arrested McKaba, Molinelli said.
McKaba was charged with sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal sexual contact. A judge set bail at $150,000 with no option to pay 10 percent in cash. McKaba is barred from contacting the girl and must surrender his passport.
He was sent to Bergen County Jail.
