ENGLEWOOD -- Police identified the man killed in a crash on Route 4 early Saturday morning as Bevan Senior Jr., of Teaneck.
Senior, 21, was driving westbound with a passenger at about 3 a.m. when his Acura Integra struck the center divider just past Grand Avenue, Anthony Cureton, a spokesman for the Bergen County Sheriff's Office, said.
The crash launched Senior from the car and he was struck by another vehicle heading westbound, Cureton said. It's not clear whether the driver knew they struck Senior.
Medical personnel prounced Senior dead at the scene, Cureton said. The passenger was taken to Hackensack University Medical Center with minor injuries.
