New York magazine reports that Kelly allegedly told lawyers that Ailes made unwanted sexual advances toward her.
Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly told lawyers for 21st Century Fox that Roger Ailes made unwanted sexual advances toward her about 10 years ago, according to New York magazine, which cited two sources briefed on the probe of the Fox News executive.
Ailes, who owns homes in Cresskill and New York, is being sued by former Fox News host Gretchen Carlson, who alleges she was sexually harassed. Carlson's attorneys filed a suit earlier this month in Bergen County Superior Court.
In the latest twist, Kelly has described her harassment by Ailes in detail, according to the magazine.

According to The Daily Beast, a Fox News insider has called Kelly "selfish" for not defending Ailes.
On Monday, New York magazine reported that lawyers for 21st Century Fox gave Ailes a deadline of Aug. 1 to resign or face being fired for cause.
